I’m not sure how the weather is where you are, but here in Wilmington, NC Spring has been in full-swing for weeks! Well, False Spring, that is. If you’ve lived in the South for any length of time you know that the first sign of Spring doesn’t really last. But man it sure is nice while it’s here!
All of this Spring weather has me thinking of spending more time outdoors. Luckily, most stores are starting to release their new Spring and Summer product lines so I am doing a lot of window shopping! Below is a collection of some of my favorites from various retailers. As always, click on the link or the pic to be taken to the website to purchase.
*Obviously I haven’t purchased or used any of these so I can’t speak to the longevity, quality, or comfort of any of them but I can speak to the style of them. It should go without saying that reading the reviews is always a good idea before purchasing anything you haven’t seen in person.*
This conversation set is an incredible Serena and Lily dupe and available at Wal-Mart. The entire set is ~1/3 -1/4 the price of a single chair from Serena and Lily. Sign me up!
This Porto dining set from West Elm is one of my favorites! It’s so stylish and sleek with just the right amount of Boho feel. It isn’t cheap but will be in style for a long time.
And speaking of the Porto dining set, why not add in a couple of these Porto swivel chairs to your space. These look so comfy and the swivel makes it so versatile.
Actually, just go ahead and buy all of the Porto collection.
For this set, I really like the combination of the look of rattan with the modern black legs. And let’s be honest, most woven pieces of furniture aren’t the most comfortable for long periods so the cushions are key. And for <$400, this set is a definite win!
For ~$400 more, you can get this coordinating L-shaped sofa and table set. All together you have seating for 8-9 people for <$800. Not bad!
This set is listed for ~$700 and has multiple pieces that can be reconfigured many different ways. If you are looking for a set that has plush cushions and can change to suit your needs while still looking stylish, this would be a great option!
If you are looking for an outdoor sofa with a refined “indoor” style, this option may be for you. At the time of writing this, this piece is listed for <$800. You can also purchase coordinating chairs, love seat, end table, and coffee table if you want to complete the set.
This dining set give retro poolside vibes and could be a really fun addition to your patio! It is available in both black and white and features vibrant cushions for a pop of color.
This conversation set would be perfect for smaller spaces such as an apartment balcony. And for ~$200 it’s a no-brainer for anyone who needs extra seating.
This chair and ottoman set gives serious island Pacific Island vibes and the sage green is super trendy at the moment. Imagine how great a pair of these would be in a slightly shady spot surrounded by tropical plants. Dreamy!
This Batten sectional from Crate and Barrel is beautiful! Is it cheap? Nope! But this one should last you for many years. The horizontal lines are sleek and modern without being pretentious.
If you can’t tell, I really love the woven trend we are seeing in furniture right now. The Fen collection from Crate and Barrel is a great example of this. The woven fibers create visual interest while the cushions ensure comfort. Win win!
This fairly traditional set from Lowe’s is more budget friendly than a lot of the other multi-piece sets featured here. And even better, it is currently on sale! It includes 2 swivel chairs, a sofa, an end table, and a coffee table. There’s truly not much more you could want!
The Catania Lounger from World Market gives vintage Caribbean vibes. It’s a nice spin on the traditional sling chair. And the multiple articulating pieces of wood allow for some swing and increased comfort.
For a more modern look, check out the Everlee Patio Chairs from Wayfair. They are large yet sleek and the crisp black and white is always a classic.
Whew! Compiling this list is making me want to go lounge around outside on my old rickety patio furniture…and maybe place an order for one of these myself.
Which one is your favorite? Do you have one of these already? Which trends do you like and which ones do you think can go? Let us know in the comments!
