E-Design
Our e-design services are available nationwide and can provide a more cost-conscious way of achieving the look you want for your home. This is not the kind of thing where you pick from four pre-designed generic boards. We know that no two clients are the same and we ensure that the boards we send to you are specifically designed to suit YOUR needs and YOUR space.
These boards are ideal if you are looking to redecorate a space but don’t want to make structural changes and are happy to do the installation yourself. This allows you to implement the design on your timeline and buy things as your budget permits.
The process looks like this:
You give us an idea of what style you like, your budget, and what items you need/want during our pre-design virtual meeting and provide us with the dimensions of your room.
We then provide you with 1-2 concept boards which include furniture, accessories, window coverings, lighting, paint colors, etc.
You tell us what you like/don’t like.
We make revisions and resubmit to you for approval. (repeat x 1-2)
We then provide you with a final board, shopping list/links, an itemized floor plan, and installation notes (where to hang artwork, etc.).
Investment: $500+/room (discounts available for multiple rooms)
VACATION RENTALS
When looking for a vacation rental, people are looking for a true getaway - a place that is comfortable, functional, but most of all, makes them feel as if they have truly escaped their day-to-day realities. Our vacation rental design services can help you achieve the right look and improve the amenities of your property which can increase online traffic, bookings, and rental income. (For non-Wilmington area rentals, utilize our E-design services above.)
