Painter's Tape Gallery Wall Hack

Hanging a gallery wall can be daunting. And hanging frames that require multiple nails can be a real pain. Keeping them all level - ugh! But if you looking to hang a gallery wall using the same frame multiple places, I have a great hack for you!

All you need for this hack is painter’s tape and a laser level. Need a laser level? Here is a good one that isn’t expensive and is great for getting started!

Step 1:

Make a mark on the painters tape to show were to place one nail.

Step 2:

Mark where the other nail should go.

If you want to be acutely aware of how old your hands look, might I suggest taking close-ups and posting them on the internet.

Step 3:

Make a mark in the middle of the 2 marks.

Step 4:

Place the middle mark where the 2 lines of the laser level intersect.

Step 5:

Place each of the outer marks on the horizontal laser line.

Step 6:

Hammer nail into each of the outer marks.

Step 7:

Remove tape and place in the next location. Repeat as necessary.

Step 8:

Hang frames and admire your not-so-hard work!
